Chill Out In Naples At Zoo Yoga

Feeling tense lately? Want to get back into shape? If so, you may be wondering what kind of workout program you can do. If you don’t want to go run on the treadmill for an hour or hurt your joints in an intense workout class, you should try Zoo Yoga at the Naples Zoo. Cost

It doesn’t cost much to participate in Zoo Yoga. If you’re a member of the zoo, you’re going to get a discount. That way, you only have to pay $10. However, if you’re not a member, the price will be $12. Kids ages 3 and under can join in for free.

Bring Your Own Mat

Since this is a yoga class at the zoo and not a yoga studio, you’re going to want to bring your own mat with you. If you generally use a towel when you do yoga, you should bring that, as well. Oh, and don’t forget a bottle of water! Use any other props during your yoga class? You can bring those along, too, if you think you’ll need them.

All Ages

You know how many yoga classes are just for adults? Well, if you want to get your kids involved in the class with you, you’re more than welcome to bring them along. Doing yoga helps kids learn the importance of exercise and can provide them with valuable tools for relaxation and management of their emotions.
