Each day, Chevy’s Product Specialists conduct several group tours where you can join scheduled sessions for the models you’re most interested in seeing. Whether your sights are set on the stunning Corvette, the electrifying Bolt EUV, or the hearty Silverado 1500, you can sign up for a group session on Chevrolet’s website.
In the group tours, your Product Specialist will stream the video tour using a handheld camera that allows them to get up close to all of the details that you’d want to see if you were in person with us at the dealership. The group sessions have a one-way camera and a live chat room so that you can get answers to your questions without having to worry about being camera-ready! There are multiple group sessions each week, including weekends, so sign up for yours today!
If the group sessions don’t work with your schedule, or if you want a more personalized tour of your favorite Chevy model, you can book a one-on-one session with a Product Specialist at the most convenient time for you. In your one-on-one session, the guide won’t be able to see you, but you will be able to see them and ask questions over audio or the chat feature, whichever is most comfortable for you. Individual tours are available seven days a week in half-hour increments and can be scheduled up to one week in advance.
