Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples

Picture your kids’ imaginations running wild as they fly through 38,000 square feet of interactive fun. That’s what’ll happen at the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples (C’mon). This museum is full of activities, and it even hosts events throughout the year. Admission is $12 for kids aged one and up and $10 for adults. Members, teachers, and children under one get in for free.

This museum is huge, so it’s important to walk in with a plan. That plan needs to include the top activities at the children’s museum.

Hop Aboard the Dinosaur Train

The Dinosaur Train: The Traveling Exhibit will be at the museum from Feb. 2 to May 5, and you absolutely don’t want to miss it. The Jim Henson Company and The Magic House collaborated on this exhibit, and it’s spectacular.

When your kids hop aboard the train, they’ll meet Buddy, a curious T-Rex that likes to travel. He’s been all over the world to find out everything possible about dinosaurs and now, he’s ready to share his knowledge with kids.

He’ll transport your kiddos to the time of dinosaurs and provide them with some hands-on activities. They’ll learn some scientific thinking skills on this exciting journey.

Hit the Beach

There’s a nip in the air, but that doesn’t mean you can’t hit the beach. The At the Beach exhibit is one of the most popular at C’mon. Your kids can do a little fishing at the Naples Pie or look at the anatomy of a shark eye shell. Have them go into the “eye” so you can snap their picture.

Adopt-a-Pet and Learn About Careers

Do your kids love pets? They’ll want to check out the Adopt-a-Pet exhibit. They’ll work in a veterinary clinic, and even get to use some cool props like an X-ray machine and stethoscope. This exhibit will get your kids interested in career exploration.

Roll Up Your Sleeves and Build It

Speaking of career exploration, you might have a budding engineer or two in your brood. The Build It! exhibit is meant for them. Your kids will come up with designs and use various building materials to bring the designs to life. This exhibit isn’t just about career exploration. It’ll teach your little ones about working together.

And So Much More

It’s impossible to talk about all the exhibits available at C’mon. There is a toddler area, a library, a giant tree for climbing, and so much more. You can easily spend hours at this cool museum.

Your kids are in for a treat when they go to C’mon. You should treat yourself too. You might not like to play at the museum, but you will love to drive a new vehicle. Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Naples in Naples, Florida has a huge inventory of vehicles, and you can drive one home today.
