Experience The Naples Zoo Like Never Before With Boo At The Zoo!

Mark your calendars! For three days, the Naples Zoo will be hosting Boo at the Zoo for kids of all ages. The fun kicks off on Friday, October 19, 2018, and continues the following Saturday and Sunday. This family-friendly event starts each day at 10:00 A.M. and ends at 3:00 P.M. Best of all, the Boo at the Zoo fun is included with regular zoo admission!

Boo At The Zoo Features

This year’s Boo At The Zoo activities include trick or treating, education stations, games, and a costume contest with prizes! The costume contests will be held every day at 1:00 P.M. and there are three different categories so that everyone can participate. Plus – you won’t want to miss rare animals going wild “carving” pumpkins.

Other Things to Do At the Naples Zoo

After you enjoy the fun at Boo at the Zoo, stick around and enjoy all the other animals, exhibits, and features of the Naples Zoo. You can catch a show at Safari Canyon or just peruse all the exciting wild animals at the zoo.

If you want an up close and personal look at the animals, be sure to attend one of the daily “Meet The Keeper” exhibitions. You can talk to and ask questions directly to the zookeepers and get a close look at the featured animals.

One of the most popular attractions at the Naples Zoo is the Primate Expedition Cruise. According to the zoo’s website, a primate expedition cruise guide “welcomes you aboard one of the catamarans for a fifteen to twenty-minute cruise through islands of primates living in natural habitats.” During the cruise, you’ll see primates like monkeys, lemurs, and apes.

Alligator Bay Hand feeding is also a top-rated attraction at the Naples Zoo. You can watch alligators swim, eat, and bask in their natural lake environment. The lake is also home to many native species including an annual rookery of herons.

Keep in mind that Boo at the Zoo fun is included with standard admission to the Naples Zoo. Adults tickets (ages 13 and above) cost $21.95 when you buy online and kids tickets (ages 3 through 12) are $12.95 online.

Be aware that on the days of Boo at the Zoo, kids ages 12 and under are admitted FREE if they are wearing a costume. It’s a special offer only available on October 19, 20, and 21, 2018.
